An exciting project for a Service Delivery Manager, Workplace Rehabilitation to develop, operationalise, and deliver rehabilitation services.

• $150 - 160k + super (Negotiable based on experience)

This role involves implementing a service delivery model - working towards SIRA authorisation, managing caseloads, and enhancing business growth. The position will also focus on compliance, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an efficient and scalable rehabilitation service delivery model.
• Lead the preparation of the SIRA authorisation application.
• Operationalise rehabilitation services, establishing case management protocols.
• Manage a caseload, providing tailored return-to-work plans and case management.
• Drive business growth and secure preferred provider agreements.
• Ensure compliance with SIRA regulations and continuously improve service delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication.
• Ensure high-quality service standards and ongoing professional development.

Criteria:

• Tertiary qualification in Allied Health or related field (e.g. Physio); AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in workplace rehabilitation and case management.
• Experience with SIRA authorisation applications and service delivery models.
• Strong knowledge of workers' compensation legislation and return-to-work processes.
• Excellent case management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in case management software and reporting tools.
