Current Opportunity: Senior Design Manager
They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager for an immediate start.

Role Overview:

As the Senior Design Manager, you will oversee the pre-construction and delivery of over 200 residential units as part of a larger master-planned development, with future opportunities to manage mixed-use and residential commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, pre-construction management - design delivery on ~200+ apartment builds or similar projects exceeding $100 million.
• Manage daily project design operations, ensuring completion on schedule, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
• Coordinate the project team from preconstruction through delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, investors, and project teams.

About You:
We are looking to connect with candidates who possess:

• Proven experience as a Design Manager on similar high-rise residential construction projects valued at around $100 million.
• Architectural, Construction, or Project Management qualifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of construction regulations, compliance standards, and building codes.
• Expertise in the local market and strong professional relationships.
