Construction Manager – Civil
This client is a top-tier major civil contractor working on large-scale infrastructure projects that include civil, rail, water and sewer works, with huge growth plans and excellent company culture. They are now looking for a construction manager to work on a major infrastructure projects across the eastern seaboard

The duties of this role will include:

• Project planning, programming, and overseeing OH&S project requirements
• Dealing with key stakeholders that include clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and local authorities
• Ensuring project delivery of complex projects in a timely and efficient manner
• Oversee a team of site engineers, project engineers and project supervisors
• Ensure all project controls are in line with the company standards that includes commercial and contract management

Skills and requirements:

• Degree in civil engineering, construction management or related discipline
• 10 years experience working on major or minor civil or water infrastructure projects – 5 of which as a project manager or construction superintendent
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills
• Proven success in managing, delivering and creating strong positive relationships with key stakeholders
• Ability to motivate and get projects running to maximum efficiency
