Your new role

In this pivotal role as Workshop Supervisor, you will lead the quality assurance and basic assembly operations within our dynamic workshop space, ensuring every pump meets our high standards before dispatch. You will oversee day-to-day activities, guiding a dedicated team to maintain precision in assembly and troubleshoot any technical issues, reflecting our commitment to sustainable and efficient water management solutions. Your mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools are essential as you optimise workflows, monitor product quality, and implement continuous improvements. This role is integral to upholding our reputation as an industry innovator, directly contributing to client satisfaction and the company's overarching mission. What you’ll need to succeed

• Mechanically minded with hands-on experience in pump assembly and quality assurance
