The Role:

Reporting to our Managing Director, you’ll be the driving force behind growing our brand by securing specifications with Perth’s top architectural and interior design firms. This is a hands-on, dynamic role where you’ll:

• Partner with architects and designers to specify our premium product range.
• Deliver engaging CPD sessions and informal presentations to architects, engineers, and designers.
• Build and nurture strong relationships within the design community.
• Uncover new project opportunities and provide support from concept to completion.
• Represent Progressive Materials at key industry events.
• Get involved on-site when projects call for it.

You Bring:

We’re looking for someone who thrives on building connections and driving results. Ideally, you’ll have:

• A track record in architectural sales or specification work.
• A solid network of contacts in Perth’s architectural and interiors scene.
• Exceptional people skills—whether it’s communicating, negotiating, or presenting.
• A knack for spotting project leads and following them through.
• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building chops.
