All Trades Group is an established commercial building company since 2013. We specialise in quality refurbishment, renovation works and fit-outs for major clients across the commercial and government sector in NSW.
An opportunity has arisen for to join our vibrant office in Kingsgrove.
You will be working alongside our highly skilled Project Managers, assisting with the administration, running and procurement of projects to meet their time, budget and quality requirements.

The role includes-
- Administration duties for the Project team
- Purchase orders, supplier invoices, tracking of costs
- Communicating with the clients, subcontractors and tradesmen
- Preparation of job documentation including SWMS
- Preparing progress claims and invoicing
- Ensuring the system is up to date with job progress, costing etc
- Scheduling of tradesmen
In order to be considered you will need to demonstrate:
- Self-motivation with a strong work ethic
- Proactive approach – use initiative
- Sound time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of people
- Knowledge with;
-Construction/Design and Construction/refurbishment Processes
-Some Tendering and procurement processes
-Great Literacy and numeracy skills
-Project co-ordination / sequencing of trades understanding
-Computer competency - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Project
-Knowledge of WHS, QMS & EMS Management Systems highly desired
