About the Position

The position is a full-time permanent position for the right candidate.

You will be required to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements and within nominated constraints from pre-start to completion.

The role will include:

• Reviewing new tenders and liaising with builders
• Reviewing and analysing technical drawings, specifications and relevant documents to complete quantity estimating for pricing and installation purposes.
• Developing detailed project cost sheets/ quoting jobs including supply, labour and materials
• Reviewing and understanding the scope of works to be completed and identifying discrepancies and following up with builder/client
• Assisting with document management (hard cop / electronic)
• Preparing site documentation for projects.
• Register and control project documentation.

To qualify for the position, you would ideally have:

• Preferred Architectural background but not essential
• Experience in a similar role with a minimum 2 years but not essential
• Experience with Bluebeam, Microsoft office
• Training will be provided
• High level computer skills. Experience in measure square would be advantageous
• Willing to learn and apply new skills including new software applications
