What You’ll Do: A Day in the Life
As a BDR at Birdeye, you’ll work closely with our business development leader, paving the way for your advancement to Account Executive or Senior BDR within 6-12 months. You’ll be part of a supportive, fast-paced environment designed to foster your growth and success.
This role is to support our AE's in the Commercial Segment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting online research to identify potential clients
- Generating leads and setting appointments through outbound cold calls
- Participating in the meetings you book to sharpen your skills and develop into a senior consultant
This role is ideal for someone with a “Hunter & Gatherer” mentality, eager to seize opportunities and succeed.

- Base Salary: $80,000-$90,000 + Super + Monthly Bonuses (OTE $110-$120k)
- Base & Super paid fortnightly and Comms are paid monthly

What You Bring
- Based in Sydney
- Must have 3-5 + years outbound cold calling experience & minimum 2 + years within SaaS experience
- Proven experience in high-volume sales (B2B or B2C)
- Track record of success in outbound cold calling and hitting sales KPIs
- A competitive, goal-oriented nature
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in engaging with business owners
- Proficiency in Google Suite and strong organizational skills
Work Location
Our office is located in Rosebery, Sydney, with the flexibility to work from home two days a week.
