Static Site Role - Eastern Suburbs

This is a fantastic full-time permanent opportunity to join one of Sydney's well-established independent private schools based in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. This role will be working on a single site, so no travel will be required and a great opportunity to join a close-knit team.

Your new role

• You will be joining the team as a Maintenance Officer, doing a variety of maintenance and general tasks to assist in the upkeep and running of the facility daily. Your general responsibilities will be as follows:
  
• Painting/Patching
  
• Basic Carpentry, Plumbing and Electrical Works
  
• Assisting in event set-ups and moving furniture
  
• Coordinating with contractors
  
• Other adhoc facilities tasks
  
• Adhering with health & safety standards.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a maintenance role (Trade background preferred but not required
  
• Great communication skills
  
• Ability to pass a Working with Children & Police Check
  
• Be comfortable with manual handling and lifting heavy objects.
