MAYDAY Recruitment is excited to partner with a growing tech company who are looking for a standout Office Coordinator to oversee the day to day operations of the business.
The role is front line facing, in this capacity working both on a one-to-one basis with the Managing Director and on a wider basis with colleagues, external clients, vendors and suppliers to ensure the highest level of customer service.

The role:
Administrative Support:
- Handle calls, visitors, emails, and couriers
- Greet visitors and direct them to the correct person
- Manage meeting room bookings and setup
- Coordinate facility maintenance and office supplies
- Assist with employee onboarding
- Organise work-related events and team activities
Executive Assistant Support:
Sales & Operations Support:
General Administration:
- 2 + years experience within a similar role
- Intermediate to Advanced Computer Skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
- Excellent attention to detail and prioritising skills
- Ability to work autonomously, with minimal instruction
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask & manage priorities in a professional & logical manner
- Knowledge of basic accounting practices and procedures and experience in using project management or workflow software tools is desirable
- Manage email communication and correspondence
- Prepare presentations, contracts, and documents
- Arrange travel and itineraries
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments
- Prepare quotations and track project details
- Process timesheets and client orders
- Monitor client accounts and payments
- Support the sales department with admin tasks
- Prepare reports and manage document control
- Improve business workflows and maintain filing systems
