About the business

We are on the lookout for an IT Customer Support Manager to work within a National Real Estate Franchise Group based in the Lower North Shore of Sydney. This role provides daily support to both their clients (the franchisees) and operations team for enquiries which relate to the company's systems to function at its best.

In this role, the successful candidate will have a passion for helping people, as well as being highly organised, proactive and able to complete day-to-day responsibilities effectively and efficiently.

This role would suit someone who is tech savvy, can manage multiple communication channels and has the ability to think on their feet, adapt and respond efficiently with a problem-solving attitude.

About the role

  • Drive adoption of all Microsoft suite with clients and staff (specifically O365 mail, OneDrive, SharePoint and MS Teams)
  • Managing and actioning escalated IT support requests to resolve issues and ensure a steady stream of communication maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Microsoft Groups governance & management of email infrastructure with third party suppliers
  • Key contact for MSP provider for account management of relationship
  • Work with key management on enhancing system functionality and workflows to provide efficiencies for the overall system usage in the network.
  • Key contact for corporate staff for IT maintenance of office infrastructure (printers, workspaces, boardrooms, training room)
  • Provide technical guidance to team members at corporate head office
  • General maintenance of all operative support systems for corporate head office
  • Domain & Trademark registration and maintenance with legal team
  • Work alongside Website team to onboard new offices and changes with existing clients
  • Perform training on our systems for staff, including 1:1, small groups online
  • Hardware and software asset management and related coordination for head office

Skills and experience

  • 3+ years of experience in supporting and best practice use of Microsoft O365 Cloud solutions
  • Strong knowledge with O365, OneDrive, SharePoint and MS Teams
  • Experience with user security and backup systems
  • Support helpdesk or end user in-house experience
  • Knowledge of real estate database software (desirable)
  • Audio Visual experience (desirable)
  • Ticket management eg, Freshdesk (desirable)
