We’re on the lookout for an outstanding Account Manager to join the team at Caring for You Nursing Agency. We’re looking for someone who can nurture our Queensland and New South Wales client relationships with both warmth and attention to detail, all while maintaining a strong focus on processes and growth.

Key Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients feel supported, valued, and motivated to deepen their relationship with us. You’ll collaborate with Facility Managers, Workforce, Rostering and Procurement at Aged Care facilities, Public and Private Hospitals to ensure we deliver the best nursing agency service for our clients. You’ll also work closely with our internal teams to ensure processes are streamlined and account-specific needs are met.

While we’ll tailor the role to your experience, here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:

• Managing day-to-day relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and any matters are swiftly addressed.
• Serving as the go-between for referrers and internal teams, ensuring communication is clear and processes are continuously improved.
• Tracking account activities analysing referral data to identify opportunities for growth.
• Developing strategies to increase referrals and engagement from clients.
• Preparing reports and keeping leadership updated on account progress.
• Organising and leading meetings with clients to ensure goals are aligned and actionable.
  

What we're looking for

• Have experience in account management or a similar relationship-focused role (bonus points for experience in health industry).
• Are equally comfortable working with data and people—tracking numbers, identifying trends, and offering actionable insights.
• Possess excellent communication skills, whether you’re addressing customer concerns or presenting strategic insights to leadership.
• Are an organisational whiz, keeping processes, follow-ups, and everything else running smoothly.
• Enjoy problem-solving and thinking strategically, turning challenges into growth opportunities.
