Operating for over half a century and with a footprint that stretches across the globe, they are experiencing exciting growth in the local market, leading to the creation of a new Senior Account Management role in Brisbane.

Position & Responsibilities
As the Senior Account Manager will be responsible for:

• Proactively managing a portfolio of Security Integrator clients in Queensland, with some additional focus on End Users and Consultants.
• Manage, develop, and expand assigned accounts to maximise revenue
• Identifying new business / project opportunities with new and existing accounts and drive engagement across the market.
• Understanding customer needs and putting together complex solutions.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key vendors
• This role has a heavy emphasis on account development, working with a variety of stakeholders and putting together deals

Requirements

• Demonstrated sales, business development or account management experience, preferably from Security Distribution, Integration or a Vendor / Manufacturer.
• Proven & demonstrated track record of sales success
• Technical aptitude with the ability to adapt to new technology
• Highly developed communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to build, develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Highly developed commercial acumen

The Offer
The successful applicant will receive a highly competitive base salary commensurate with experience, with a base between $120,000 - $140,000 plus Superannuation, $20,000 Vehicle Allowance and a lucrative incentive structure, as well as the opportunity to establish yourself with a leading global organisation!
