Contracts Advisor

Location: Brisbane
Contract until end of August (Potential Extension)
$40 - $45 per hour + super

Our public sector client is seeking a Contracts Advisor to provide expert contract management support within a high-performing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong procurement knowledge, experience in contract administration, and the ability to manage financial data effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain contracts within ERP systems (Ellipse/Open Windows preferred).
• Oversee contract administration, compliance, and reporting.
• Manage procurement processes, including sourcing activities up to $250K.
• Monitor contract spend and ensure financial data integrity.
• Lead process improvements related to contract management and purchasing.
• Provide expert advice on procurement procedures and contract governance.
• Engage with internal teams and external partners to drive contract performance

• Extensive experience in contract administration and procurement processes.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycles and financial data management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems for contract management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to improve processes.
