About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Contract Officers to join a dynamic team in a period of significant growth. You will play a key role in the onboarding and migration of a high volume of subcontractors, ensuring compliance and adherence to commercial terms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Populate and review standard subcontract templates
• Manage initial review of proposed departures to terms and conditions
• Assist with due diligence and compliance steps
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and subcontractors

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in commercial subcontractor onboarding
• Strong understanding of subcontracts and commercial negotiation
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
• Current Police Check or ability to obtain one

Desirable:

• Legal background or experience
• Experience with Adobe Sign
