About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Supply Chain Analyst to join our passionate and focused team based in Pemulwuy. This is a full time position.

You will be able to successfully analyze the inbound and outbound/ supply chain processes to identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies. You will also focus on the management of logistics, inventory and the coordination of internal and external teams' hand in hand with our client partners.

We place a heavy emphasis on understanding our client's business and developing strategic relationships to provide solutions that effectively meet our partner needs.

The successful applicant will be a proactive individual who enjoys spending time with our clients and looking at innovative ways to add value to our client's business.
KPI's for the Role: - DIFOT - Inventory Turnover - Supplier Performance Ratings - Improvement in Efficiencies around cost and supply chain.

About you
We are looking for a strategic thinker who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can embrace challenges, meet conflicting deadlines while delivering a high level of customer service.

Skills and experience

• Bachelor Degree or higher in relevant field.
• A passion for delivering client satisfaction.
• Ideally at least 3+ years' experience in Supply Chain (3PL experience an advantage)
• Able to demonstrate experience in data analytics.
• Proven experience in Supply Chain Modelling, Inventory Management and Forecasting.
• A high level of motivation and strong personal leadership skills
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
• A passion for sales, marketing, logistics and fulfilment are essential
• Brilliant attention to detail, passionate problem-solving skills and the ability to work to multiple deadlines
• High level of computer literacy (Excel & Powerpoint)
