In this role, you will leverage your analytical expertise to identify inefficiencies in product delivery and related processes, recommend actionable changes, and manage essential functions such as invoicing, electronic billing, and shipment tracing. As a proactive team member, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth, efficient, and cost-effective flow of goods, ultimately enhancing our operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to inventory, supplier performance, production rates, and logistics.

  • Tertiary education in bachelor’s degrees or above is highly preferred but not essential.
  • Minimum of 1 year’s working experience, preferably in the auto parts industry.
  • Familiarity with automated systems for tacking orders, inventory, invoicing and tracking payment from customers and suppliers.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for interfacing with cross-functional teams, suppliers and customers.
