About the Role
We are seeking a Part-Time Assistant to support our team with administrative tasks and finance documentation. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and experienced in Excel and Microsoft Word.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing general administrative support
- Assisting with data entry and document management
- Preparing reports and spreadsheets using Excel and Word
- Managing emails, correspondence, and client communications
- Working with accuracy and confidentiality
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in an administrative or assistant role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently and within a small team
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude
What We Offer

- Permanent part-time role
- 9 AM – 3 PM, Tuesday to Thursday
- Mount Lawley location with easy access and secured parking provided
