Our client based in Dandenong South is a leading Minerals Processor & Product Manufacturer servicing as range of industries from horticulture to hydroponics through to Building & Construction Industries. We are looking for someone that comes with relevant experience in Warehouse Logistics & willing do some Customer service to help out from time to time.

The role will involve.

• Loading schedule, daily runs sheets, shipping dockets, Pallet transfers, invoices & export declarations.

• Reporting to the Customer Service manager daily
• Making up customer orders from the point of enquiry through to the customer receiving product
• Processing inbound Customer Orders & enquiries
• Coordinate local, interstate & international Transport methods.
• Signing off on accurate documentation
• Resolve Transport issues, seek new transport providers.
• Assisting the purchasing team scheduling Raw material
• Support when necessary for the administration team

To be successful:

• MUST be willing to adapt to the culture of the company.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in logistics, order processing & customer service
• MUST be able to communicate & have a high attention to detail.
• Computer literate, understanding of MYOB, Microsoft Office & Transport systems
• MUST be able to work Monday to Friday
• Hours are 9am to 5pm or 8am to 4pm
• Temp to Perm, MUST want to go Full Time & be with the company Long Term
