The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end order processing, from entry through to invoicing. This role requires strong SAP experience and expertise in imports and exports, stock movements and allocations, shipments, and delivery documentation. A solid understanding of freight rates is essential.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with sea and air freight, domestic transportation, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers. Strong coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders will be key to success in this role.

Experience with dangerous goods and a good understanding of COR will be seen as highly advantageous.

Hours

9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working arrangements

Key Requirements

• End-to-end order processing – manage orders from entry through to invoicing.
• SAP experience required – essential for handling stock movements, allocations, and order entries.
• Imports and exports expertise – including shipments, delivery documentation, and compliance.
• Freight knowledge – strong understanding of sea and air freight, domestic transport, and freight rates.
• 3PL coordination – experience working with third-party logistics providers.
• Attention to detail & stakeholder management – ability to manage multiple processes and ensure smooth logistics operations.
