Opportunity:
Nobul are excited to be working with an established electrical company to fill an admin allrounder role, as the company continues to expand. They are looking to bring on some additional support in a varied admin role, with approximately 20 hours per week, with shift flexibility, with opportunities to increase hours over time.
About the role:
- HR Documentation
- Purchase Orders
- Workshop coordination
- Procurement related tasks
- AD-HOC admin tasks
- Basic Data Entry
About you:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in previous admin, scheduling or data entry roles
- Can-do positive attitude
- System savvy with sound knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
- Knowledge of the electrical industry highly adventagous
- Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B and Tetanus vaccinations (or able to obtain)
- Able to obtain a Police Check
