We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator who thrives on structure, enjoys keeping everything running smoothly, and has a sharp eye for detail. In this role, you’ll be the glue that holds our sales operations together, managing contracts, coordinating listings, and making sure everything is in place for seamless property transactions.

What You’ll Be Doing

This role is all about efficiency, organisation, and making life easier for the sales team. You’ll:

• Prepare contracts, authority forms, and marketing materials with precision
• Oversee listings, advertising schedules, and compliance requirements
• Maintain accurate records and keep our CRM system up to date
• Support the team with sales campaigns, client communication, and open homes
• Work closely with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and colleagues to keep deals moving

What You Bring
