About the role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Administration professional to join our team at Caddy Storage Marketing. This part-time role is based in Blacktown, NSW for 20 hours per week, and will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to our business.
What you'll be doing
- Providing efficient and effective administrative support to the management team
- Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, end-of-month invoicing, statements, and general office duties
- Responding to inquiries and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Contributing to the overall smooth running of the office and supporting the wider team as needed
What we're looking for
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in the sales industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
