About the role
Permanent Part Time
As a Centre Administrator your role will be to provide efficient, effective, inclusive and respectful customer service and support to a range of internal and external stakeholders. You will work with the Centre Director to ensure the smooth administration of the centre, acting as a trusted advisor to families to ensure the administration of their child’s enrolment is hassle-free.

About you
You will have a keen interest in working in early learning, familiarity with using computer systems, a passion for customer service and an enthusiasm for collaborating with our Family Engagement Team to ensure families journeys at SDN are smooth and hassle-free.
You will also need:
Previous administrative experience, desirably in an early learning or community setting
Current Working with Children’s Check (NSW)
Demonstrated administration, organisational and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks in an accurate and timely manner
Experience using XAP or similar childcare management system (desirable)
