An award winning commercial landscape construction and maintenance company is looking for an Estimator to join its growing team. Based in Seven Hills, the company operates throughout the Sydney Metro, South Coast, Newcastle, and regional NSW, delivering projects across education, commercial, government, and public domains.

About the Role

This is a sales/estimating role within the expanding pre-Construction division, working on a variety of hard and soft landscaping projects.

Reporting to the Estimating Manager, this role is ideal for someone who is honest, hardworking, and thrives on a challenge. You will contribute to the continued growth of the business by supporting the pre-construction and construction teams through:

• Identifying and pursuing new opportunities

• Reviewing landscape plans, specifications, and related documentation to prepare quotes

• Sourcing and assessing subcontractor and supplier quotes for pricing and project feasibility

• Preparing and reviewing cost estimates, tender submissions, and proposal documentation

• Following up on tenders to secure project wins and drive business development

• Assisting with various pre-construction administration and data analysis tasks

About you

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Landscape construction experience (commercial or residential preferred, but similar trades will be considered)

• Strong understanding of construction processes in landscape and civil works

• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• A self-motivated and team-oriented approach
