You will be part of a highly technical & widely diversified specialty construction company. With a company philosophy based on teamwork and creative management.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Science, or a related field. Equivalent years of hands-on, relevant experience will be considered.
• Have a solid background of 2 – 5 years in construction estimating.
• Proficiency in interpreting and deciphering construction drawings.
• Methodically analyze documents from main contractors/clients to ascertain project scope and structure project pricing accordingly.
• Proficient in identifying pertinent stone items from architects/designer drawings for accurate quantity measurements.
• Conduct thorough research to select suitable stone suppliers for pricing inquiries and establish comprehensive supply and manufacturing budgets.
• Skilfully estimate project budgets and prepare quotations by meticulously completing pricing schedule matrices with unit rates for each item.
• Diligently compile all necessary pricing documents for submission, including clarification notes, marked-up scope drawings, draft programs, and materials schedules.
• Maintain an organized showroom, facilitating the delivery and arrangement of stone samples as needed.
