ABOUT THE POSITION.

Working closely with the Estimating and sales team whilst taking ownership of end-to-end estimating responsibilities, contributing to the successful tendering and securing of projects. With comprehensive guidance and support, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and development by ensuring the successful acquisition of key projects.

DUTIES.

• Prepare tender submissions
• Estimating projects
• Cost Planning
• Scope of works preparations
• Subcontractor negotiations
• Pre tender planning
• BOQ's
• Work with the team to plan programming

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or similar
• Demonstrated ability to win commercial fitout and refurbishment projects
• Strong written and verbal communication
