EPEC Education is a Gold Coast based Nationally Recognised Training Organisation (RTO), with a focus on providing innovative training to the Early Childhood, Education and Care sector. Our office is located in beautiful Mermaid Beach, above Bam Bam Cafe and close to pristine beaches.

This role is 38 hours per week and is an onsite office role.

  • Professional development training for the Early Childhood and Care sectors
  • Delivery of child protection training nationwide
  • Professional development training for food businesses
  • Delivery of food safety training nationwide
  • Delivery of Government accredited Certificates, Diplomas, and Advanced Diplomas in Early Childhood; Outside School Hours Care; and Education Support
  • Student Support and engagement
  • Training Solutions for the care sector nationwide

About the role

This is a permanent full-time position that will form an integral part of our small team. The Sales and Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the management of B2B clients; delivery of general marketing activities including Google Ads and Facebook; and utilising LiveChat, email and direct phone contact to answer sales queries and develop customer relationships. This role will also support the team to manage Active Campaigns, and develop and manage online advertising. Flexibility and adaptability are essential – team members work across departments to support and develop the business as a whole.

What might your day include?

  • Working with the administration team to respond to customer enquiries
  • Liaising with B2B clients, and managing their accounts
  • Setting up platforms for Webinar presentations and post presentation marketing activities
  • Working with the team to update and maintain websites and digital products
  • Working with the team to develop new and innovative training products
  • Liaising with external agencies for general marketing activities
  • Developing corporate contacts, and forming positive relationships with industry representatives

About You

You will be a passionate and enthusiastic marketing professional, with an exceptional eye for detail, and strong time management skills. You enjoy working hard and contributing to the ongoing success of the business. You will possess the following skills:

  • High level writing skills including the ability to blend technical and persuasive techniques as required.
  • Excellent verbal communication, including the ability to build rapport with large corporate clients
  • A good eye for graphic design – especially as it relates to Ad content, colour and placement
  • Ability to multitask using the Microsoft Office suite and other standard software
  • Strong computer literacy, with the ability to learn new programs quickly and effectively
  • Collaborative mindset where we come to you with ideas that you can implement through your knowledge and experience
  • Ideas driven person – always suggesting new things to make our customers even happier
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, be self-driven and demonstrate initiative.
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with tight time schedules.

The successful applicant will possess:

  • Digital competency, including capacity in Multimedia platforms and applications
  • Demonstrated organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to support our corporate clients, and to be their First Point of Contact and subsequent manager of their accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously whilst managing competing priorities and deadlines

Experience with the following platforms and applications desirable although not essential:

  • Adobe Premier Rush
  • Vimeo
  • Webinar Jam
  • Thinkific
  • Accelerate Student Management System
  • Active Campaign CRM

Previous experience within a training or RTO environment is desirable although not essential. This role would suit someone with a background in sales, online marketing, advertising, administration or corporate account management. A background in the training, education or care sectors is beneficial, but not required.

Remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
