What You’ll Do:

As a Social Media Ads Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts, managing and optimising Facebook ad campaigns to drive results.

Your responsibilities include:

• Growth & Campaign Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage effective Facebook Ads campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Creative - Work with and leading design and content teams to produce engaging ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
• Targeting & Audience Building: Create and refine custom audiences using Facebook Ads Manager, ensuring campaigns reach the right people.
• Performance Monitoring: Track campaign performance metrics to cost per sale and cost per lead.
• A/B Testing: Experiment with ad copy, visuals, and audience segments to continuously optimize performance.
• Budget Management: Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to maximise ROI.
• Reporting: Provide clear, actionable insights and regular performance updates to clients or stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in growing sales from paid social media campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and audience segmentation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make informed decisions.
• Experience with A/B testing and performance optimisation techniques.
• Excellent communication skills for team collaboration and client reporting.
• Creativity in developing compelling ad copy and visuals
