The Role:

• Manage the administration for sales campaigns, including organizing marketing materials, ensuring compliance, and coordinating key deadlines.
• Work directly with agents, support teams, vendors, and clients, ensuring seamless communication and timely updates throughout the entire sales process.
• Oversee the creation of marketing campaigns – from digital content to print materials, property descriptions, and beyond. You’ll help craft compelling marketing strategies that drive interest and deliver results.
• Be the face of the agency in managing client interactions, ensuring personalized service, and creating memorable experiences for clients with thoughtful touches like anniversary celebrations and special gifts.
• Ensure every event is flawlessly organized by preparing all necessary materials and ensuring your team has the resources they need for success.

The Person:

• At least 2 years of experience in the real estate industry.
• Solid background in customer service and administrative tasks.
• Possession of a current Real Estate Certificate or Real Estate License, along with a full driver’s license.
• A thorough understanding of sales compliance requirements in accordance with Fair Trading regulations.
• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and hands-on experience with Agent Box or similar platforms.
