The role of Executive Assistant / Accounts Assistant is now available, offering a unique chance to assist with both personal and work-related tasks while also providing essential support in accounts within a dynamic and reputable organization.

The Position

In the role of EA/ Accounts Assistant your key responsibilities will include:

  • Full range of Accounts Payable and receivable function, including accurate processing of invoices
  • Data entry and stationary orders when needed
  • Stay on top of day-to-day personal admin, from managing diaries and schedules to coordinating correspondence and personal tasks
  • Process invoices/claims
  • Investigating and resolving any internal and external queries
  • You will display excellent communications skills and will feel comfortable in speaking with various internal and external stakeholders

The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of EA/ Accounts Assistant will have:

  • Ideally, previous experience in accounts payable or similar finance roles
  • You will prioritise confidentiality and exercise direction in all situations
  • Proficient in using accounting software like Xero
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Natural ability to build strong, professional relationships
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and anticipates needs before they arise
  • Proven experience supporting senior management or high-net-worth individuals, preferably in a family office or similar high-pressure role
  • A proactive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
