Kindred is a busy local trattoria offering an ever changing Italian-focused menu with modern flare, and emphasis on making everything in house.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As the head chef you will oversee the kitchen, ensuring the food quality remains at the high standard that has been set over the last 9 years.
-Closed Sundays and Mondays
-Menu writing and development
-Running busy services
-Organizing rosters
-Teaching and mentoring chefs
-Ensure kitchen hygiene and cleanliness
-Maintaining a great kitchen culture

ABOUT YOU
You should have previous experience in senior positions as a head chef, or sous chef as a minimum, who is looking to take the next step in their career.
-Have a positive and composed personality
-Experience with European / Mediterranean cuisine
-Able to lead a team of 5 chefs
