About the Role

We are seeking a Schools Success Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with schools, ensuring they maximise the value of The Careers Department’s platform.

You will be responsible for onboarding new schools, driving engagement, and providing ongoing support to ensure schools effectively integrate our careers education tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & Implementation – Guide schools through the onboarding process, ensuring seamless adoption of The Careers Department platform. This includes being able to run product demonstrations that are customised to a school’s needs.
  • Account Management – Develop strong relationships with school leaders, career advisors, and educators to drive engagement and retention.
  • Training & Support – Deliver training sessions (virtual and in-person) for educators on best practices for incorporating The Careers Department into their curriculum.
  • Engagement & Utilisation – Track usage metrics, identify gaps, and proactively support schools to increase student participation.
  • Feedback & Product Improvement – Gather insights from schools to inform product development and enhance the user experience.
  • Retention & Renewals – Ensure high school retention rates through exceptional service and support, guiding schools through the renewal process.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with the sales, product, and marketing teams to align school needs with platform updates and new features.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in account management, customer success, or education partnerships (preferably in edtech or SaaS).
  • Strong understanding of the Australian high school system and careers education landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to engage, train, and support educators.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused approach to customer success.
  • Ability to analyse user data and drive actionable strategies to improve engagement.
  • Comfortable presenting and delivering training in both digital and face-to-face settings.
