Our client is currently after an experienced Operations Manager for their beauty brand. This is a brand that celebrates innovation, beauty, and empowerment. The brand transforms everyday self-care into sublime sensory experiences. Inspired by Australia’s sun-loving, beach-going lifestyle, they craft high-performance beauty and body care products, rich in potent active ingredients, juicy fruit extracts, and plant-based goodness.

Our clients mission is to make luxury accessible, and as their Business Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring operations are as seamless and vibrant as the products they deliver.

About the Role

As the Business Operations Manager, you will take charge of the brands Beauty’s day-to-day operations, building the foundation for growth and innovation while ensuring the processes run smoothly. This is a key leadership role in our clients team, requiring a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across all functions, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals.
• Implement and refine operational processes to enhance productivity and scalability.
• Manage relationships with key suppliers, ensuring smooth coordination and delivery.
• Oversee financial operations, including cash flow management, reporting, and budgeting.
• Spearhead the adoption and optimisation of technology to streamline operations, including e-commerce tools and inventory systems.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align operational priorities with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards across all operational activities.
• Play an instrumental role in strategic planning, contributing to decisions on growth initiatives and future ventures.

About You

• 5–10 years of experience in operations management, ideally within the beauty, retail, or FMCG sectors.
• Proven expertise in financial management and operational efficiency.
• Experience with technology platforms such as NetSuite, Shopify, or equivalent systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of driving results.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
