CHEF (FULL-TIME)Full-Time Chef Required – Al Amore Bar & Dining (Macquarie Park, NSW)

IGS Grewal Pty Ltd, trading as Al Amore Bar & Dining, is looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team in Macquarie Park, NSW. This is a full-time position with a minimum of 38 hours per week in a fast-paced and modern Italian kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Preparing and cooking food with high-quality standards

✔ Planning and developing menu items

✔ Estimating food and labour costs, managing food orders and stock

✔ Ensuring excellent presentation and consistency of all dishes

✔ Training and supervising kitchen staff

✔ Overseeing food storage, stock rotation, and kitchen supplies

✔ Implementing hygiene and workplace safety regulations

✔ Advising on cooking techniques and improving kitchen efficiency

✔ Collaborating with senior management on kitchen operations

Qualifications & Experience:

AQF Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and Diploma of Hospitality Management

Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Chef

Passion for cooking, strong work ethic, and attention to detail

What We Offer:
