This is unique opportunity to become part of one of Sydney's leading men’s luxury
clothing brands. The applicant for this role will join a growing team of 17 staff members,
which holds massive opportunities for career growth.

This part-time contract role is available on a maternity cover however there is
opportunity for this role to expand into a permanent position for the right candidate. This
is a fast-growing and successful company experiencing rapid growth.

About This Role
This high-end fashion brand is located in the heart of Sydney's CBD, right near Town
Hall and close to public transport gateways.

As an experienced Social Media + Content Manager, the core purpose of your role is to
drive our online presence by managing our social channels, email marketing activity and
overseeing our SEO/PPC Marketing Agency to create a clear and compelling voice for
our brand online.

In this role, you will be reporting in directly to our Founders, which will give you unique
insights into the business, and be assisted by our Office Manager/SM Executive.
Your role will include spearheading the strategic direction for the brand’s social media
and content marketing efforts, as well as creating written and visual content, working
alongside and coordinating our network or videographers as needed.

Please note previous experience in social media and/or content marketing is
necessary in this role.

Essential Responsibilities
This is a part-time contract role based out of our office in Sydney CBD, Australia.

This role will be a minimum of three days per week with some flexibility to work from
home once you are fully settled.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Strategy – ongoing planning and strategy tweaks as well as managing and
    coordinating campaign-based activity for launches or seasonal offers/events
  • Reporting – analyse performance metrics and present back to our two founders.
    Optimise strategies for continued success
  • Management – manage our agency relationships, attend monthly WIP meeting
  • Social Media Content Creation. Work with videographers to create video content.
    Conduct in-house shoots yourself when necessary. Basic video editing skills
    (with Capcut or similar) essential.
  • Email Marketing – plan and create EDMs using Hubspot. Assist our Founder with
    any email sequences as needed. Brief our SM Executive on any EDMs.
  • Photoshoots – shoot internal staff and/or clients as needed and edit images for
    intended use
  • Social Media Scheduling – copywriting and scheduling posts using our
    scheduling tool. Posting Stories when needed.
  • Outsource the creation of eBooks and downloadable guides when needed

Necessary skills & background:
● Previous social media and content experience (2-3+ years)
● Strong understanding of all SM platforms but especially Instagram, TikTok,
Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
● Proficiency in content creation platforms (Canva, CapCut or Inshot, Adobe Suite)
● Experience with video content creation fit for social
● Copywriting experience and storytelling skills needed
● Flexible schedule would be ideal
● A discerning eye for detail and aesthetics
● Independent, driven worker
● Knowledge of or appreciation for apparel and luxury
● BONUS if you have experience in Paid Social Advertising

Salary will be commensurate with experience, ranging between $75,000-$95,000 p/a FTE.
