About Us:

BXD Projects is an innovative and forward-thinking company focused on commercial construction services. We're looking for a creative and driven Content Creator & Social Media Manager to help us build a stronger presence across our digital platforms.

What You'll Do:

• Content Creation: Produce high-quality and engaging content (videos, photos, graphics, blogs, etc.) tailored to our audience and aligned with our brand's voice and message.
• Social Media Management: Manage and post content across all our social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn), ensuring consistent brand presence and messaging.
• Content Strategy: Develop and implement content calendars and strategies that drive engagement, grow followers, and increase brand awareness.
• Engagement: Actively engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships with our followers.
• Analytics & Growth: Monitor and analyse performance metrics to optimise strategies, measure growth, and improve the effectiveness of our content.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure content aligns with campaigns, promotions, and overall brand goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing.
• A strong understanding of each social media platform (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and how to leverage them to build engagement and grow communities.
• Exceptional written and visual communication skills with an eye for design.
• Proficiency in design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, or similar software).
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• A passion for staying on top of social media trends and industry best practices.
• Bonus: Experience with paid social media campaigns, influencer marketing, or video production.
