About the Role

As the Assistant Manager, you'll be the operational backbone of this busy store, ensuring everything runs like clockwork-from stock management to team leadership. This role is not just about sales-it's about efficiency, multitasking, and keeping a cool head in a dynamic retail space.

📅 Roster: Sunday - Thursday
💰 Salary: Up to $70K (experience-dependent) + bonuses

What You Will Do

Oversee daily operations - Keep stock moving, deliveries on track, and the store organised.

Lead a team of 25+ - Motivate, train, and delegate effectively for a high-functioning store.

Juggle multiple priorities - Stock, logistics, customer flow-you'll have your hands full!

Stay calm under pressure - Make smart decisions and keep the store running smoothly.

Work closely with the Store Manager - Drive efficiency, productivity, and team engagement.
