About the Role:
As an Assistant Manager, you'll be at the heart of the store's operations, ensuring the business runs smoothly while providing leadership and guidance to your team. • Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, ensure accurate inventory, and maintain store standards for product presentation.
• Training & Development: Support in the coaching and development of the team to enhance their product knowledge, customer service skills, and career progression.
