We are seeking a Full time office administration/ General All-rounder - 38hrs hours per week to join our team at our South Morang Office

This is a flexible role that will assist the administrative and general day to day functions of our growing Fire Services business.

The role will be based in our office with a flexibility to Work from home.

We are looking at 5 days per week with flexibility on the start/finish times however preferred 8.30am - 4.30pm

ROLE;

  • Create and maintain excellent client relationships;
  • Process client work orders and/or enquiries;
  • Perform administrative and general office tasks as required.
  • Providing general administrative support to Service Managers, Directors and accountant.
  • Scheduling Technician Jobs
  • Excellent Client communication

ABOUT YOU

  • At least 2 years experience in Data entry or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy.
  • Proficient use of and MS Office and Emails
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
