Medical Receptionist

We are looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team of support staff.

WA Physio Group currently have six physiotherapy clinics in the Perth region. We are based in Balcatta, Bassendean, Glen Forrest, Kalamunda, Midland and Mundaring.

We are a busy group providing physiotherapy care; massage services; hydrotherapy; clinical pilates and various mat exercises classes to our lovely clients.

We have been part of the area for over 25 years and the people that manage the business also own the business, so we have created a team that genuinely likes each other and enjoys coming to work each day.

About the role

The role can be a full time position of 38 hours a week or part time if that is more suitable. Shifts can be morning or afternoon, dependent upon the centre's requirements. The role is flexible and could be based at one centre or across multiple centres, dependent upon the candidates wish, and will predominantly be afternoon shifts finishing at 7pm, four to five days a week, with one or two morning shifts and possibly a fortnightly weekend shift. However, for the right candidate, we will seek to create a timetable that suits them and works within their availability.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and efficient team member to give our patients the highest quality experience across our clinics. Customer service experience is essential, along with a willingness and ability to learn quickly. We are looking for multi-tasking, organised individuals who enjoy working with people.

The role involves

• General Administration duties
• Managing appointment diary; invoicing and other Reception duties
• Supporting therapists with general Administration requirements

The successful applicant needs to be friendly and efficient, with an eye for detail. Training occurs onsite, but confidence with learning practice management software is necessary. Previous Medical Reception experience is also essential.
