About the Role
WorkPac is seeking a Project Administrator to support the heritage accommodation and travel demand across FIFO camps. The successful candidate will be responsible for site access assessments, logistical coordination, and ensuring smooth operations for heritage fieldwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee FIFO accommodation and travel logistics for heritage teams.
- Conduct site access and accommodation assessments.
- Ensure logistics align with RTIO village planning requirements.
- Liaise with external consultants for compliance and certifications.
- Manage helicopter bookings, risk assessments, and fieldwork logistics.
- Source and manage heritage fieldwork consumables and equipment.
- Support smooth execution of Archaeology, Ethnographic, and Social Surrounds surveys.
- Anticipate and respond to challenges such as weather, safety, and personnel needs.
- Maintain adaptability, problem-solving, and crisis management skills.
- Ensure survey operations align with annual targets and stakeholder expectations.
Skills & Experience Required
- Background in EA, secretarial, logistics, or project coordination.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or process improvement.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Understanding of site logistics, business structures, and planning processes.
- Ability to engage stakeholders and build strong relationships with Traditional Owners.
- Adaptability and composure in high-pressure situations.
