A fantastic opportunity has now opened for an HR Manager to support the entire Maggie Beer Holdings group, partnering with leaders and employees across multiple business units. This is a broad and hands-on role, requiring a strong HR generalist with the ability to provide both operational and strategic HR support. The position is based in either the City Office or Regents Park, with some interstate travel to Adelaide.
Your Role:
Reporting to the leadership team, you will provide end-to-end HR support across the business. You’ll work closely with managers and employees to drive effective HR strategy, employee relations, and recruitment while ensuring compliance with workplace laws and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert Employee Relations (ER) advice and guidance on workplace matters.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Support performance management, training, and leadership development initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
- Partner with business leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives and workforce planning.
- Foster a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
About You:
You are an experienced HR generalist with a strong background in ER, recruitment, onboarding, and strategic HR thinking. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working across multiple business units. Key strengths include:
✔️ 5+ years' HR generalist experience, ideally in FMCG or a similar fast-moving industry.
✔️ Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and workplace relations.
✔️ Ability to work both strategically and hands-on in a dynamic business.
✔️ Excellent stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach.
✔️ Flexibility to travel interstate as required.
Full-time preferred, but we’re open to discussing part-time options for the right candidate.
