We are looking for a highly skilled Bookkeeper - Office Administration to join our team on a casual full-time basis. If you have strong MYOB expertise, a keen eye for detail, and experience managing accounts in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Proficient in MYOB for bookkeeping, payroll, and reporting
- Prepare and lodge Quarterly BAS
- Handle Payroll data administration, including employee onboarding & timesheet management
- Process weekly wages, bank payments, and superannuation calculations
- Perform daily & weekly bank reconciliations
- General office administration tasks
- Understand and process building construction progress claims & retention
- Other administrative duties as required
Key Skills & Attributes:
✅ Proficiency in MYOB with at least 3 years of experience in AR, AP & Payroll
✅ Strong MS Office 365 skills – Word, Excel, and Outlook
✅ Excellent customer service & communication skills
✅ Well-presented and confident in dealing with clients
✅ Highly organised, reliable, and committed
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Experience in construction industry bookkeeping is an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
📍 Location: Maxim Louvres (Taren Point)
💼 Employment Type: Casual Full-Time
💰 Wages: $30 - $35 per hour (based on experience)
