Role Overview

• We are seeking an Email Marketing & CRM Manager to manage our customer engagement strategy, focusing on driving repeat business and increasing customer lifetime value. This role will involve data-driven decision-making, running A/B tests, and executing technical implementations on our WordPress site. You will also work to optimise our customer funnel, ensuring seamless experiences from acquisition to retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, write, implement, and manage effective email marketing campaigns that drive repeat business.
• Utilise customer data and behaviour insights to create personalised email journeys that convert.
• Execute segmentation strategies to improve deliverability, engagement, and ROI on email campaigns.
• Ensure email marketing efforts align with broader marketing and creative initiatives, particularly product launches and the campaign calendar.
• Manage and execute burst marketing initiatives and franchisee requests.
• Regularly update, review performance, and test email flows across all countries.

• Analyse customer data and behavioural trends to develop targeted CRM strategies.
• Monitor email campaign performance and use insights to optimise future campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and CTAs to continually improve engagement and conversion rates.

• Collaborate with the web development team to implement email capture forms, pop-ups, and other CRM integration on the WordPress site.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to email systems, integrations, and automations.

• Continuously refine the customer journey by mapping out and optimising the product funnel from lead generation to conversion.
• Implement and manage automations that encourage customer retention and re-engagement.

• Provide regular reports on email performance, customer lifecycle metrics, and KPIs.
• Suggest improvements based on data insights and keep up-to-date with industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in email marketing, CRM management, or a similar role, ideally in an eCommerce, retail, or customer-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of WordPress and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar).
• Proficiency in data analysis, including using tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, or similar to derive insights and optimise campaigns.
• Experience with A/B testing and optimising email marketing performance.
• Technical aptitude to integrate and manage systems and tools (including CRM integrations, forms, and automations).
• Strong written communication skills and an eye for design.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
