About the role

Join the team at the dynamic Hilton Hotel as a Gaming Attendant. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our gaming facilities.

What you'll be doing

• Monitor and maintain the gaming floor, ensuring machines are functioning properly
• Provide accurate payouts and maintain detailed gaming records
• Handle cash in accordance with company policies
• Adhere to all gaming regulations and compliance requirements
• Work collaboratively with the wider hotel team to provide a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, within the gaming and hospitality industry
• Strong communication and the ability to provide excellent customer service
• Proficient in handling cash and gaming equipment
• Ability to work flexible hours
• A friendly, professional and helpful attitude
