About the Role
Are you organised, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Trilogy Care is looking for a detail-oriented Administration Support Officer to provide crucial administrative and operational support across our organisation. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for a large volume of in-bound calls to the business from external stakeholders, also managing out-bound calls and administrative tasks with precision and efficiency. Every day presents a new challenge, from coordinating service requests to troubleshooting operational issues. If you’re someone who enjoys variety in their work, takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, and loves finding solutions to problems, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do
• Manage daily administrative tasks – Process inquiries, update records, and support business operations with accuracy and efficiency
• Be the central point of contact – Be apart of a team that handles high-volume inbound and outbound calls
• Deliver outstanding support – Communicate professionally via phone and email, ensuring all requests are handled in a timely manner
• Problem-solve in a fast-paced environment – Identify issues, troubleshoot challenges, and implement solutions to maintain smooth operations
• Collaborate across departments – Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and coordination
• Adapt and grow with the role – Learn new processes, systems, and best practices to continuously improve your skills and support capabilities
What We’re Looking For
• Administrative experience – You’ve worked in office administration, customer support, or operations roles and can manage high-volume tasks with ease
• Excellent communication skills – You’re confident, professional, and friendly when speaking with people over the phone and via email
• Problem-solving mindset – You can think on your feet, troubleshoot issues, and find practical solutions
• Resilience and adaptability – You stay calm under pressure and adjust quickly to changing priorities
• Team player – You enjoy working with others and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment
• Tech-savvy – Comfortable using Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word) and learning new systems
