Retirement Village Manager
As the Retirement Village Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for residents within this close knit and welcoming village in East Melbourne.

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing resources efficiently, and maintaining a high standard of care and community spirit.

To excel in this role, you’ll need to bring:

• Advanced Diploma or Degree (or equivalent) with 5+ years of experience in a similar setting
• In depth understanding and experience in retirement living, community services, hospitality, or customer service.
• Strong budget and financial management expertise.
• Excellent relationship-building and conflict resolution skills.
• Proven leadership and employee development capabilities.
• Knowledge of the Victorian Retirement Villages Act and Regulations.
