About the Role
As Village Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the village, ensuring occupancy targets are met, property maintenance standards are upheld, and a positive resident experience is maintained. You'll also manage tenancy paperwork, coordinate maintenance, and foster a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for residents.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate brings:

• Real Estate/Property Management qualifications and license.
• Strong understanding of tenancy legislation and property management.
• Senior First Aid and Food Safety Supervisor qualifications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with compassion and a community mindset.
• Proven leadership and organizational abilities.

The role also requires enthusiasm for innovation, confidentiality, and the ability to resolve concerns positively.
