Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Location: Connect Allied Health Hub, Warwick or Toowoomba, QLD
Contract: Multiple Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time roles
Salary: Packages starting at $100K+ (fortnightly commission, travel allowance, relocation & retention bonuses)

About the Role:
We’re looking for Occupational Therapists to join our expanding multidisciplinary team at both our Warwick and Toowoomba clinics. Our services include Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Speech Pathology, Exercise Physiology, and more, all working together to deliver exceptional healthcare to regional communities.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage and develop your own caseload, tailored to your interests and skills.
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based, engaging therapy to children and adults.
- Work with the team to triage clients and allocate them based on the best fit for each clinician.
- Offer support across a variety of settings – in-clinic, home, community, and schools.
- Observe patients, conducting tests to assess functional, emotional, psychological, developmental, and physical capabilities
- Select and design activities that improve an affected movement or function and help individuals to gain or regain personal care skills
- Liaising with clients, families, referrers, doctors, employers and other allied health professionals to achieve coordinated outcomes to meet client goals to build and enable capacity
- Assessment, planning and management of minor home modifications to promote access and facilitate independence
- Maintain professional development, in line with AHPRA registration requirements
- Adhere to all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) requirements including, but not limited to, policies, procedures, standards, and practices
- (Optional) Provide outreach to communities in the Darling Downs region, including Stanthorpe, Allora, and Killarney.
Who You Are:
- Fully registered Occupational Therapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- You’re a passionate Occupational Therapist with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Whether you’re just starting your career or have years of experience, we’re looking for someone who values teamwork and patient-centred care within a multi-disciplinary environment.

- Good relationship-building capacity and a friendly approach to patients and co-workers
